1.2    Whether you are an individual user of the SSL applications (either as a driver or a customer), or a visitor of our websites, this Privacy Policy (together with any other policies or documents referred to in it) describes the type of information that we collect from you (“you/your“) through your use of our applications including www.soonas.com and www.crownsds.com) and how that information may be used or disclosed by us and the safeguards we use to protect it.

1.3    We have drafted this Privacy Policy to be as clear and concise as possible. Please read it carefully to understand how we will collect and use your data.

1.4    By using or accessing any of our applications and/or websites, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept and agree with this Privacy Policy, you must stop using our applications and/or websites immediately.

1.8    If you are a self-employed driver engaged by CCL, or an individual that wishes to apply to be a verified driver on the “SoonAs Driver” application, details of the personal information we collect about you via the relevant application process and, in the case of CCL only, the ongoing engagement by CCL of you, are set out in our Driver Privacy Policy.

2. Who We Are

2.1    CCL and SSL are wholly owned subsidiaries of LSL.

2.2     The relevant group entity that you owns and operates the website and/or application that you are using is the data controller for the purposes of the Data Protection Legislation (as defined in paragraph and shall be responsible for your personal data. When this Privacy Policy uses the term “we”, it refers to that entity.
